I wonder what is setting it off since the firing pin is still back. That second one he didn't rack it hard forward so I doubt it's something on the bolt face. My first instinct was something on the bolt face because he did kind of "slam" it home. Second display belayed that.

It does go to show the need for muzzle control at ALL times no matter what.
