Not to worry! He's just doing a little trolling to stir the pot after he read my post saying to scout the next few months. He's just unhappy after the flap on the SSA politics thread where he disagreed with the "posse" and is now doing exactly what I asked him not to do! Anyway, scouting year around is a good way to know where and what the animals are doing at particular times of the year. They may or may not be in the same area now as they are during the hunting seasons and the only way to know is be out there as much as possible without actually disturbing the bedding areas if you are out to shoot a big buck.
