Sounds good unless you want to shoot a monster buck that happens to walk by and you're restricted from doing that. That may be the only thing you'll want to clear up as far as how big will a buck have to be before he doesn't a want you to shoot it. Personally, if you get to hunt the place for what you have now stated with just labor put in, I'd take my camera and be happy with whatever he allows you to shoot and take pictures of the rest! One thing is that we now know he owns the property and it won't be a one year and done deal, but we still don't know how many acres it is, so how big is it?
