These may be what you want and they have a 4.8 out of 5 rating. I get rid of my gloves I use in the Fall and go with a pair of good mittens in the winter and if it gets real bad I have another pair that fits inside them. -20 and I'm still good to go! IMHO mittens are much better than gloves in harsh conditions. Just slip one off when you need to shoot.
