Do you want to load steel or lead? Hunting loads or clay loads? They are similar but have considerable differences. I bought a 600 jr in 1964 it still serves me well I bought another one in 20 ga in 1980. Le Baron should carry a Mec 600 jr. If you want to load 3.5 " you will need another adapter. Where do you live? It' s a good idea to talk to some one who reloads in your area. Go to a sporting clay or trap range near you. You should have no trouble finding some one who reloads there, who you can ask questions of. Good luck.
