Find the states DNR site and read the laws in regards to coyote hunting. Some states have a season like mine some don't. My state doesn't allow hunting during the pup raising time (spring).
Once your in KA knock on farmers/ranchers doors to get permission to VARMINT/COYOTE hunt.
