I own two CZ's.. a Mallard 12, and a Bobwhite 410. They are fantastic 'working man guns,' and I have never had any reliability problems. The CZ 12 gauges, regardless of model, use Mobilchoke by Beretta/Benelli, so chokes are easy to find and you can choke it any way you wish, though I believe the 20 gauges use a different choke thread. I prefer extractors, as I reload. The double triggers, if you aren't used to them, take a little bit of familiarization, though in the end, I like them better; instant access to whichever choked barrel you want to fire, and all in all, it is a simpler and more reliable design. The Mallard is a little heavy, but it isn't too bad, and it balances nice. The weight helps with the heavier hunting loads, especially steel. The little Bobwhite points like my finger. All in all, I like mine, and I may end up picking up another Bobwhite in 20 gauge.

The only problem I have ever heard stemming from the CZ doubles were weak firing pins that would need replacing by CZ, though from my understanding, this was a problem with their shotguns manufactured before 2007. If in doubt, check the serial number; the first two digits are the year of manufacturer, unless they changed their numbering system.
