Looks like Middleton cross bow have taken the Dirt Nap



A company by the name of Middleton Longbow Crossbow Manufacturing inc. was named in the ontario gazette Toronto publication(October issue) as being in default in complying with the corporations tax act.

Excerpt from government notiice

"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under subsection 241(1) of the Business Corporations Act, that unless the corporations listed hereunder comply with the requirements of the Corporations Tax Act within 90 days of this notice, orders will be made dissolving the defaulting corporations. All enquiries concerning this notice are to be directed to Ministry of Finance, Corporations Tax, 33 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario L1H 8H6."

However, if the Middleton Longbow Crossbow Manufacturing Inc.it belongs to Derrick Middleton and is currently Derricks only operating crossbow corporation, then the continuation of Middleton Crossbows as we know may be in question. Please let us know if you are able to speak with Derrick about the purchase of a new bow and assure us Middleton crossbows is continuing on with business as usual and more folks may be wanting to purchase a new Middleton. As you know Kelly's Online has ceased sales of Middleton SS bows so the only place to buy one is from Derrick. Thanks.
