Several things:
1---Wolves have been back on the ESA in those 3 states for at least a month
2---A wolf won't run from a dog and any canine in it's area will be dead if they find it because it's considered an intruder in their territory!
3---As was stated by NM448, debating an anti is a waste of time and energy!
