Ebay has several pairs of them. Midway and Brownells are both currently out, with Midway showing them as overdue.

Ruger won't sell you a "conversion cylinder" unless your Single Six was originally shipped as a Convertible. If it WAS shipped as a Convertible model, you simply have to send it to them to have a new cylinder fit, which ran $200 the last time I had it done for a Vaquero. However, armslist, ebay, and gunbroker are very common sources for Single Six take off cylinders. 22LR cylinders are a bit more rare than 22WMR, so you'll be going kinda backwards, but if you're patient, it's not hard to find them. And if they don't fit, which is fairly rare, it's easy to resell them for the same price you paid.
