Sure, a sidelock and a scope is a mix of modern and traditional. Well, any muzzleloader (including inlines) with a modern scope is also a mix of modern and traditional.
Consider this. Loading a Powerbelt, FPB, or a sabot in a sidelock is also a mix of modern and traditional. But that doesn't seem to offend anyone.
So, other than aesthetics, what's the big deal?

Me , I only have a problem with CVA . Everything else is ok , including scopes on a sidelock
