I dropped my rifle in the field earlier this year and my scope (Vortex Crossfire II 6-18x44) was damaged in the process. I contacted Vortex customer service and they mailed me out a new replacement scope that day. All I had to do was mail the old scope to them after I got the new one. They even paid for the return shipping. You can't beat their VIP warranty. I've since sold the Crossfire II and put a Vortex Diamondback HP 4-16 on my rifle. I was and am pleased with both scopes!
