I'm going to try to send as much time in the woods in the next couple weeks as possible.
On our local property I hunt deep in the timber on the ridges during pre rut. The bucks run from one ridge to the next searching for hot does. I was out last night & saw several young bucks pushing does around. With the cold front moving in & temps over the weekend in the 20s & 30s the deer woods should really come alive. Im really looking forward to Friday evening & all day on stand both Saturday & Sunday. Deer are gonna die!
