Usually it is much cooler when I take the first of the season. Just want to be sure.
I didn't have it skinned last night, was midnight by the time we finally got it dragged back home. but I skinned and quartered it early this morning and put it on ice. I think I'm alright, hope so at least. It smelled and looked fine. Thanks.
