Worried about temps.
Hi... I got a deer last evening and am just now able to get to cutting it up.
My question is the low temp last night as around 45 degrees.
I assume it will be fine. ( I am quartering it up today)
Just want to be sure it is okay. I assume it would take awhile to spoil.
It has been less than 24 hours and I plan on quartering and put him on ice. Thanks.
Usually it is much cooler when I take the first of the season. Just want to be sure.
