I think he was referring to a member that once posted on here. He went by " #1 Gamewarden" though I cannot remember the last time I saw him post. As someone stated above I think they are given more latitude than police officers when it comes to insepecting property, persons, etc... though I know that was cut back quite a bit in recent years because of numerous complaints that some of them were abusing their authority.
