I've been told by a CO that you cannot get out of the truck and pursue ANY game that you have seen from the road,even if it is on the move and you try to cut it off hundreds of yards away, they consider this be "road hunting". The bottom of page 17 of this year's rule book says "It is unlawful to 1). hunt from a vehicle"...my impression of "hunting from a vehicle" is jumping out of the truck and firing off a quick shot.

If you don't see this as a contradiction or a grey area open for interpretation, there's not much I or anyone else here can do for you, just supports my theory of the typical, narrow-minded PA hunter.

Good luck this year, my dog would probably like you anyway.
