Man that is very bittersweet. I am glad you got the shot but that sucks that you couldn' t find it. When my buddy shot his in the shoulder, we looked for 3 hours solid and then looked for another hour the next morning. We never did find him.

When my buddy shot a buck with his rifle, I got on the blood trail while he went and got the truck. By the time he came back with the truck, I had followed the blood trail and recovered his buck for him. It was a good day.
