If you wear glasses, look at the Hind Sight line of bow sights.

I always had the issues above and then saw the Hind Sight being used on a show. I looked into them and finally pried my wallet open for one.
When it arrived, I installed it on the bow and no more looking through a little peep sight, I have what is equivalent to looking through a rifle scope (without the magnification). My groupings at 60 yards went from plate size to baseball size and the groupings at 20 yards went from softball size to golf ball size.
These sights are truly amazing and it was well worth the $119 I invested five years ago.
