I don't consider situations where fences exist to keep the animals inside them as hunting in the same sense that I do a public-land hunt. Out of principle, I prefer not even thinking about paying cash for access, let alone cash to shoot a confined animal. But, I'm happy if I get skunked once in awhile, provided I enjoyed my time in the woods.
However, I'm not everyone else, and there are others who prefer a guarantee of some sort that they'll kill something, even to the point of paying for the opportunity and front-loading their odds of success. To each his own.
