While that looks good I like to fry mine up after being rolled in a mixture of flour and cornmeal. I also like to cook a couple of slices of bacon up inorder to get some bacon grease to fry them up for breakfast along with a couple of eggs.. Have some beans warmed up to go with it and you have a very hearty breakfast..
