Default NYS questions / comments

The new NYS (confusing) crossbow regs. are now being written (so I understand). It looks like the following are set but please correct me if my understanding is incorrect:
1) Crossbows will be legal only during the last 2 weeks of bowhunting season (Nov.1 -15th) in the southern zone.
2). Crossbows are being treated as muzzleloaders so a muzzleloading permit must also be purchased along with the "new" hunting license.
3). Crossbows can be used during the last 2 weeks of early bowseason, during gun season and during muzzleloader season.
4). Some sort of on-line certification will be required.
5). Not sure ... if you crossbow hunt during the last 2 weeks of early bowseason do you also have to get an archery tag plus a muzzy tag plus the regular hunting license???
6). Crossbows can be used for deer, bear, turkey, etc. providing that you have the appropriate permits plus a hunting license???

Am I missing anything? Being a NR hunter all of these tags and permits add up. Interestingly enough, this may actually end up being a bit cheaper. We will see.
