I did some shooting my self. Started Friday morning when I looked out the front door window and saw a possum messing with a bee hive about 250 feet from the house. Grabbed the 220 Swift with the hand loaded Hornady 55gr. A Max bullets. Stepped out the door took a rest on the side of the house and exploded that pests head. Gee that was kind of fun. Had breakfast them loaded the lawn cart with water filled milk jugs. Drove out into the woods to set them out at different spots also in the vacant field next door.
Spent 35 loaded cases on exploding them. Then had to do the clean up. Funny the recycle center won't take exploded milk jugs?
My dad was a WWII vet. always got a lot of well wishes and the likes. One of his nephews was a Korean Vet and told dad he felt his service never meant squat. I never under stood what he was talking about. As a VN vet Today I now understand what he meant as I my self feel the same way today.
