Default Archery Hog Shot Placement?

Looking for some experienced hoggers input on shot placement on 'large-ish' hogs with a bow. With a rifle, I'm a behind/below the ear shooter, dropped several with my coyote rifles.

I've shot quite a few hogs with rifles and handguns, a few that went over 250lbs, and several lil' piggies with my bow, but all of these were under 100lbs. I'm headed to a spot for a trip soon where they are telling me that they have a good population of 150-300lb hogs running around. On those little pigs, I generally took the vitals/shoulder shot with the bow, although I'd have been confident in accuracy and cutting diameter - on a small pig - to take the neck shot and kill quickly.

But those are little pigs...

Both of my bows are at the top end for Kinetic Energy, ~95 and 85ft.lbs. each, Bowtech Destroyer 350 and Mathew's Monster, respectively. So if it can be done, I'm confident these bows can deliver, just wanting input on whether I need to change my placement?

Hitting the little pigs with my bows has been about the same effect as deer, pass through, big wounds, and the little pigs haven't been fat enough, so they bled quite well. Even hitting the shoulder - which FUBAR'd the Rages - it punched through the bone. BUT, those were 50-100lb hogs.

So vitals/shoulder shots, or neck shots on big hogs?
