Well, not a good start for me.. had a long beard come in Opening AM... held up a bit... I took the shot and must have rushed.. miss!!!! Ugh.. 1st miss in a few years and in about 15 birds... oh well... Went back this am.. had some going, but went over onto posted property where I can't go and didn't have time to play with them before work. Hoping to go out again in am w/ one of my daughters to give it another try..
Very disappointed in myself for the whiff... wasn't the largest bird, but definately a tom... sorry to disappoint. Give me some time
