Default wheelchair bound turkey hunter...wanting to hunt southern half of wisconsin

this march was the 30 year anniversary of my dad's accident that put him in a wheelchair. I am wanting to surprise him with a good turkey hunt to celebrate!! I am very interested in private land in the southern half of Wisconsin for a couple of reasons, but we will not rule out any offers from other states.

I got dad hooked on turkey hunting about ten years ago. he killed 4 birds his first three seasons, then our lease was clear-cut and the turkeys disappeared. we got out of the lease since there were more turkey hunters than there were turkeys. we have since been chasing them on public land. I built him a rickshaw and pull him just about anywhere we need to go. the past 5-6 years have been tough on him. we have had a few close-but-no-cigar type hunts, but no birds. last year we called one up on out of state public ground, and his gun's firing pin broke...talk about discouraging!! I would love nothing more than to provide him with a place that has more turkeys than turkey hunters. if anyone can help in any way, please message me. thanks!!
