I went and watched the Midwayusa videos, looks to me like he used NECG front and rear sights. That swivel hood on the front sight is kinda novel, not sure how I feel about it in practice, but it does look custom and has a super cool "we thought about every detail" type advantage. Wouldn't be hard to replicate if you have the skills to do the sight base and sight fabrications and wanted to save some money instead of buying the NECG options (none too cheap - but I venture they're well worth the cost).
