RE: With all the lost deer this season..........
First congrats to your buddy on a clean kill. I have to agree with ricoace and others that when it comes to wounding or tracking a wounded deer people do tend to read and reply far more often than on the good clean kills. This is a good thing, people need to learn how to track and take high percentage shots, it is important that people give their inputs on these matters to hopefully cut down on the number of lost and wounded deer.
On the other hand I have noticed something that kind of gets to me, people posting up about there first bow kills and in some cases the post is up for several hours before someone congradulates them! I don' t get this, everyone of us will never forget the thrill of their first bow kill, I know many folks here do commend people for their first kill, but some of us tend to forget just how exciting our first kill was and how you wanted to brag about it, we all need to take that 30-40 seconds to simply say congrats to a fellow bow hunter on thier first.
