Must haves... A knife, some bags and my backpack.
The Piranta is awesome for skinning, but I still like a regular knife for deboning. I also like a little pocket sharpener, gloves make clean up easier, I like a emergency blanket to use as a staging area to set the meat on while I'm getting it ready to put in the bags. I like the Caribou brand bags the best. Really like the load shelf on my new Stone Glacier backpack.
