Flags I guess the argument is how easy it is to get a permit then. I was able to get one the 3 years I lived there quite easily.
So Tobe I would just go to your nearest wildlife office and ask. Cause I really didn’t have a hard time getting one. There’s a misconception that only state trappers get these and that is dead wrong. Once you get the license you can use footholds, snares etc.
They just use this process to limit the numbers of trappers in the state I would think.
