That's a pretty detailed proceedure you follow to be as scent free as you can, and hats off to you for that. But, other than rubber boots, I take no real precautions to be scent free. I hunt with the right wind direction (I smoke too) and my stand heights are 20'-30'. Never under 20'. It's a rare day when I get busted, but when I have been, it's been by a MATURE doe.

Also, the times when I have been busted, it wasn't because I was smelled, heard, or from movement on my part. It's because these old doe just know to check low AND high for danger. These are experienced deer that have "seen it all". They know that thing on the side of that tree just doesn't belong there, regardless of how scent free you are. Sometimes it's about more than scent control.
