Not sure how IL law is but most states have a law requiring anyone hunting on another land owners property to have written permission of owner and be able to show proof of permission. If you cant then you will be fined for trespassing. Now even then you could call your local LE or Wildlife Officer and ask them this question seeing as how they would know an absolute answer and what to do.
