I' m no attorney, but I know there is some argument that the smokless powder/ black powder issue could be beat in VA courts. I don' t know either way, but I' m curious to see it tested in court.

trac209, It a new rifle, so it' s not bore wear. My post about switching to the Savage was a bit missleading. I' m mainly considering switching because of clean up ease and less fouling, not strickly due to accuracy.
