The deformed tips' group was twice the size of the ones that were not deformed. Now we are talking a 3/4" or so group up to about a 2" group. I saw that show. The way he was beating the loaded rounds against a post made me wonder if he was knocking the bullet deeper into the case or knocking it out of alignment. I think he would have done better to deform some tips before the bullets were loaded into the cases to eliminate the seating issues.
