There are alot of good bows in that price range. If you shop around you can probably pickup a good deal on a 03' bow since the 04' models are starting to hit the shelves. PSE, Hoyt, Mathews, Bowtech, Parker, Darton ... just too many to mention. Best advice anyone could give is to go to a shop and shoot as many as you can. We could all recommend a bow but that doesn' t mean it' ll be ideal for you.
