Sucky part about non residents of AK is goats and brown bears you need a guide and that's why it's so expensive. Even harvest tags for non residents aren't cheap! I get black bear, moose, and caribou free as for non residents its hundreds of dollars. Black bear tags alone are above 200$. But Alaska makes over a quarter of income from tourists so we kinda need you non residents
