My sister was telling me about that. I guess getting caught out in a blizzard for cattle is not a good thing. For a person if they have no shelter isn't much better. How much actual snow did you get out of it?
We got about 2 1/2 to 3feet where I live . Some areas got 4 feet. Rapid city got anywhere from 2 feet in some parts to 3 feet in some of the outskirts. The wind I think was the worst part plus all the rain the day before and up to the time it started snowing . Last night we got another 2 inches of rain which helped melt down the drifts but I would like to see it dry up now as I can't get to any of my hunting areas . I tried today but it's just a deep muddy mess .im hoping that next week is better and the rain and snow they are calling for on Monday and Tuesday doesn't happen . It needs to dry up so I an cut wood and hunt , not necessarily in that order
