Then I guess you do not hunt around any kind of farmers field, or Oak trees that have acorns falling or fruit orchards that deer feed on or natural feeding spots. I can't imagine you getting much satisfaction out of shooting a deer over a place where they feed. Just because it is legal it gets passed off as a legitimate hunting practice in some people's mind.

And some people think they can set the standards for all others to follow for some reason.
