i havent seen any .223 with 80 grains. usually the typical 50-65 grains. Im assuming that 80 grain note is for guys making their own ammo. but thanks guys for the input I knew I could use it but for the guys who dont understand ammo I had to clarify it. I pulled up a chart online that had every bullet from .17 to 50 cal . pretty crazy how many kinds of rounds are out there. I want to get a .338 lapua
