***FYI nobody is talking about it being a game bird, but they can be a heck of a lot of fun and good wing shooting practice out on a farm where they are a pain in the neck around barns, etc.
We called them "Silo Mallards" growing up on the farm. I did and still do use them for great wingshooting practice for waterfowl and for retriever practice on the off season for my Chocolate Lab. Cheap, available and always in season!!!!!!!
