Not the best of groups, but I'm sure some load "tweaking" will improve that. What I was happy to see was that when I adjusted the scope down, that's where the bullet moved, and about the right distance for the adjustment.
Those big cast bullets probably aren't the best performers I'll find.

Another thing I was pleased with was the trigger pull. Not too heavy, and virtually no creep.

Dug through my junk box & found some 250gr bullets/sabots this evening (not sure what brand, but they're the plastic tipped pointed ones ) to try in the near future. If they shoot good I'll buy some 250gr XTPs, and if they don't suit me I'll try to find some 300gr Barnes Expander MZs. Both bullets have put deer down reliably for me in the past.
