I have taken 3 shots in the 200 range on game. Killed a coyote at 190, and two good bucks right around 200 each. A lot of my shots are in the 150 yard range for deer, the nature of late season hunting. Out at 200+ yards a ballistic reticle is just about mandatory.
Having practiced some out to 300 yards....thats quite the poke. Most people don't realize how much their bullet will drift in the wind at that range, let alone how much it drops.
PS Haven't missed a single animal yet at that 200 yard range either. Have to be really choosy with your shots at that range.
