I assume you' re talking about getting emails when you get a private message...if this isn' t the case, then let me know...

You should be able to go into your profile and uncheck a box that sends an email to your account everytime you get a new pm. The link hadn' t been working til recently, so you should now be able to see that option again...or edit your profile or whatever...
