Yea I to would have a tough time swallowing that one. Especially if I am paying to hunt. I still say too many people have gotten so caught up in all this Outdoor TV stuff and forget that hunting is just that, hunting. Its to go out and relax and have a good time and if you kill a good one then thats a bonus. I live in MD and have hunted the shore many times and with all the farm land that is around there it sounds like this guy doesn't realize that Sept is probably yours and his best chance to pattern a big buck. I know so many people are hung up on the rut and stay out of the area until prime time but if they only realized that 9 outta 10 times the bucks they see aren't the ones that have been there all year. The rut is more about luck to me and Oct can be even tougher sometimes, especially early Oct. Anyways there is my $.02 and good luck and have a great season.
