I shoot a PSE Mach 6 from the early 90' s. We just got my son a new bow, and I saw the new Archery Research bows, and they are SWEEET! But, when I thought about it, my bow hasn' t let me down one single time. Any time I came home without deer, it was because I didn' t put myself where the deer were, they winded me, or something like that. Not ONCE did I lose a deer because of the bow.

I would say that no deer are ever lost because of a bow. Deer are lost because of poor shot placement or a host of other things, but if you put a razor through certain areas of a deer' s body, the deer is going to die, period.

I wonder if the deer can tell what type of bow he' s been shot with??
