I just finished making one from Jesse's instructions, and it seems to work great. I used the Owl PF Date, the Radio Shack PIR with Tinhorn's mods available on the message board instead of Jesse's. His mod for the RS PIR drops current draw to 80 uA with a 30 second delay following the shot. It was a lot of fun to build, and I have about $120 into it. Can't wait to get it outside.
