Ron, I have a 57GPR peep on the rear of my .54 caliber GP rifle with the factory Lyman flat top blade up front. Using a 6 o'clock hold on a 3" bull I can do pretty well out to 100 yards. Also, it works really well for hunting.

I've never used a globe front sight. Do they make that much difference at practical round ball hunting ranges? And how about low light situations - can you see the inserts in that tube?
