I guess I didnt help ya none with that post, sorry.
I never seen an " off set" scope mount. Most aluminum mounts are extruded into bars and then cut up to work with. For example, we make M16 scope mounts. We had a die made up at the steel mill were we get are aluminum from. They form it into the dimentions we designed. We then cut up those long bars of stock into workable lengths and CNC machine them to final dimentions with the slots and drill and tapp them.
We also make Ruger 22 pistol mounts. I think this is the best non gunsmithing mount out there. Not because we make them, but becuase I use it!
Brownells has about the most complete source for scope mounts and stuff. I think I would go there first.

They have this side mount list. Its a little off set for more bolt clearense. You may have to call their Tech dept to find out how much.
