Got my spike a week ago here in Washington (only legal bull we can shoot w/ general tag). I took JUST the 4 quarters to the butcher and they weighed in at 155 lbs. Can anyone guesstimate the live weight? It was only the 4 legs quarters, skinned, no lower leg, no ribs or backstrap or loins.
