If some one owns legal pre ban guns and the neighbor sees them placing their AR in the case for a day at the range, the cops are going to get called?
Should be a good way to run up the taxpayer bill and cause a rash of frivilous lawsuits.
Not to mention it simply sets up a situation where fellow humans are going to look at each other with more suspicion or disdain.
